Manage the implementation and maintenance of Records Management structures and systems in the Department, including safe custody, disposal, training and communication, risk assessment and compliance monitoring:



Personnel Management

Manage and control the Mail, Courier and Messenger services within the department.

Manage the administration of both hard copy and web based libraries within the department.

Manage customer and stakeholder relationships as it relates to the Records Management function

Identify, define and manage immediate, short and long term objectives/ plans associated with the Records Management Section

Manages and Controls the financial requirements of Records Management Section.
