PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR / ASSISTANT

HYGIENE AND SANITATION SERVICES

MILNERTON, CAPE TOWN | R15 000 CTC PER MONTH


Our client is looking for a skilled and competent Procurement Assistant at their Head Office in Milnerton, Cape Town.

Requirements:

* Grade 12 essential
* Must be fully computer literate with +- 2 years’ experience in using PASTEL
* General office administration, stock control , processing, data capturing , Creditors experience
* Must be very organized and efficient

Attributes:

* Logical thinker as well as strategic and organized
* Ability to manage tasks and duties and to prioritize between various tasks
* Ability to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems
* Good administration and computer skills
* Willingness to learn

* Ability to work in a stressful environment
* Attention to detail

Duties include:

* Warehouse Experience
* Receiving and issuing of stock
* Courier services
* Stock take
* Stock control
* Planning regarding stock levels
* Client specific requirements and supplier capabilities

Processing/Data Capturing:

* Processing purchase orders
* Sales orders and stock takes
* GRN’s/Supplier Invoices

Administration:

* Sundry Creditors (COD Payments)
* Filing
