Online Admin / Sales Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION: ONLINE ADMIN/SALES ASSISTANT

LEVEL: JUNIOR

DEPARTMENT: ONLINE

Minimum Requirements

►Matric: essential
►Tertiary qualification: advantageous
►Computer literate - Intermediate Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
►1 year in an Online Sales environment
►1 year admin experience, preferably in a Customer Service environment

Skills required

►Basic social media understanding will be an advantage
►Basic understanding of Stock
►Personable, must enjoy working with people
►Deadline driven
►Knowledge of luxury products will be an advantage
►Strong Administrative Skills
►Strong attention to detail required

JOB TASKS / KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

►Order Process: Receive orders and ensure all details are captured correctly
►Deal with customer queries
►Advise Supply Depot of any special requirements
►Monitor processes and follow up to ensure on time dispatching
►Strict maintenance of order log
►Process all gift voucher orders
►Stock Management: download stock list from the system weekly
►Highlight oos items and items that are back in stock (remove or add accordingly)
►Load/create new items
►Check if new items are in stock and activate
►Make sure product data is complete and up to date
►Update related products
►Load Gift registries received from stores
►Communicate gift lists to all stores
►Remove sold items from registry
►Customer Liaison
►Monitor Social Media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and other platforms) in Managers absence

Salary: R6000 -7500
