OFFICE MANAGER (NGO) – SOMERSET WEST

A well-established NGO related company in Somerset West, is seeking to employ an Office Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the internal organisational processes and infrastructure that will allow the organisation to continue to grow and fulfil its mission.

Key performance areas:

► Operations
► Strategic Planning
► Human Resources
► Financial Management
► Marketing and Events

Requirements:

► Appropriate Business Administration / Management qualification
► Minimum five years general business management experience
► Previous experience in a NGO environment is essential
► Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
► The successful candidate must be mission focused, strategic, performance driven and process minded
