We are an Immigration Consultancy, assisting foreigners in various South African temporary and/or permanent residence applications.
We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team.
You will be handling personal documentation from clients and submitting applications for follow-up.
You will also be liaising with clients re details on application forms and ensure the correctness of data received.
• 4 – 5 Years’ experience in similar role
• Experience in the banking / financial or legal sector will be advantageous
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills
• Have common sense and think logical
• Experience in working with personalized and business related documents
• Attention to detail/accuracy
• Able to work under pressure
• Be proactive in managing your daily activities
