Location: Grand West Casino

Job Purpose:
► Assists the Count Manager with managing the count operation and count staff to accurately record the day's revenue

Education:
► Grade 12 / Matric with maths numeracy
► Basic Word and Excel certificate

Experience:
► Minimum of 2 Years experience in count operation
► Proven experience working with EGS or equivalent

Key Performance Areas:
► Count Revenue / Revenue Data (Balances to systems, Standards (ICS, SOP’s, gaming board, etc) are adhered to)
► Database input (Accuracy/Integrity/Completenes of data captured, Security protocols adhered to eg. end user policy, data quality and frequency as per ICS)
► Human Resource Management ( Employee Engagement Survey Tagets are met, Productiviy ratios are mainaine, time and attendance as per operational requirements, Compliance to BOE (Basic Conditions of Employment Act) and other labour legislation, Accuacy of payroll)
► Competent workforce (Personal development plans address performance gaps, training planned and implemented to mee current and future company requirements, Training addresses current operational requirements e.g. current promotions)
► Performance Manaement (Completed, up to dat eand communicated job expectations according to job profiles, Performance agreements and reviews conducted as per HR policy, Monthly assessments meet in house standards, Department performance KPAs are me and maintained)
► Employee Relations Managed (ER cases comply with legal and company requirements, Application of discipline is progessive, consistent and fair as per department guidelines)
