Deliver exceptional Customer service to customers that are interested in hiring a vehicle, handle queries and manage the bookings from start to finish
Have an idea of different cultures and tourist attractions in the area to advise customers Liaise with insurance companies when dealing with customers who need to claim their car hire back

Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to type at a reasonable speed
Minimum 2 years customer service experience
Own transport with Code 8 driver’s license
This position requires shifts, weekend work and public holidays so individuals need to be flexible (latest shift till 12pm – hence own transport required)
It’s exceptionally important that you are not only professional in manner but are well-groomed at all times
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-motivating and enthusiastic – can manage their own time well and have no supervision
Ability to work under high levels of pressure
Ability to handle difficult customers in a polite and professional manner
Must be able to multi-task
Must have high standard of work ethic and values
