Administration Manager (Cape Town)

We invite you to join our Admin team to assist with the financial function

Key Areas of Responsibility:

► Manage outputs of Admin staff
► Day to day running of the Admin Department / Operational Procedures
► Implementation and maintenance of the inventory management system
► Management of Debtors & Creditors
► Monthly reporting
► General Ledger
► Leave control
► General administrative duties

Salary: R30 000/month + a monthly car allowance of R9 471.00 (inclusive of fuel) + fuel + benefits - medical aid/ pension/ life insurance
Location: Cape Town
Contract: Permanent
Statute: Full Time
EE/AA Status: Non EE/AA

Qualifications & Experience:

► Matric or equivalent qualification
► Preferably a relevant tertiary qualification
► 5 years’ experience in a similar role
► Accounting experience in non-negotiable
► Advanced working knowledge in VIP, SYSPRO and MS Office
► Attention to detail
