Requirements

Minimum educational qualification:

  • Senior Certificate (or equivalent).

Experience:

  • Appropriate experience in reception duties, dealing with public and general administrative duties.

Competencies (knowledge/skills):

  • Computer literacy and good communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently and unsupervised, to accept accountability and responsibility.
  • Minute taking skills and boardroom etiquette and excellent organisational skills and able to handle conflict.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professional image with the ability to work under pressure.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):

  • Provide professional reception service for Administrative office to the Facility Manager and Administrative Officer.
  • Assist the Facility Manager with secretarial support and general administrative duties.
  • Assist the Administrative Officer with human resource, supply chain, transport, maintenance/assets, contract management duties and solve complaints of patients/clients and/or refer.
  • Provide administrative support to medical staff and unit managers and perform relief administrative duties where required.

R 123 738 per annum
