KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS 

* Administering the Purchasing portfolio 
* Manage document flow for the opening of new JDE suppliers and 
loading of CATS beneficiaries 
* Handle COD payments 
* IT administration of supplier accounts 
* Responsible for printing monthly management 
* Responsible for updating reporting templates 
* Handling petty cash replenishments 
* Other adhoc tasks, relevant to the position 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES 

* Knowledge of JDE and Smartx would be advantageous. 
* Must be prepared to work overtime at month end and during year end 
* Accuracy and attention to detail is essential 
* Above average planning and organising ability 
* Excellent interpersonal communications skills 
* Assertive, pro-active and a team player 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE 

* Matric 
* In pursuit of or registered for a post matric qualification 
* At least 2 years relevant experience is required 
* Computer literacy: Ms Office Suite (MS Excel & Word - to intermediate 
level is essential)
